October

The Historic Central Neighborhood

Last season, a wonderful neighbor started this October tradition in our neighborhood. Here's how you can play: Pick a neighbor (or 2!) to surprise. Gather a little collection of treats--candy, Halloween decor, whatever you like. Secretly deliver it to your neighbor's doorstep with the "You've been BOOed!" instructions about how to pass it on, plus the "We've been BOOed!" sign to put on their door so they don't get hit twice. Watch the silly surprises unfold across the neighborhood up until Oct 30th!

Halloween Decorations Tour

We're looking for neighbors that are decorating for Halloween and putting a map together for people to go on walks and look at decorations. Check out the link in the orange box above to submit your house if you plan to decorate this Halloween! We'll add addresses every few days as they come in once it's closer. And follow along on the map to check them out in the weeks before! (If this goes well, we'll likely do another round for Christmas time, too)
